Understanding Shipping Times at RRR.LT

 

We understand that you're eager to receive your order, and we want to give you a clear idea of what to expect regarding shipping times. However, it's important to remember that shipping times are estimates, and several factors can influence the actual delivery date.  

Factors Affecting Shipping Times

Destination: The distance between the seller and your shipping address is a primary factor. Shipments to closer locations will generally arrive faster than those to more distant locations.

Shipping Method: The shipping method you choose significantly impacts delivery time. Expedited shipping options like express delivery will be faster than standard shipping. 

Shipping Carrier: Different shipping carriers have different transit times. We partner with DPD, Venipak FedEx, UPS, Schenker, Geodis, GLS, InPost, FAN Courier and each carrier has its own delivery network and service levels.  

Processing Time: Before your order can be shipped, it needs to be processed. This includes order verification, inventory checks, packaging, and labeling. Processing time can vary depending on order volume and other factors, it can take up to 2 business days.

Weekends and Holidays: Shipping carriers typically do not operate on weekends and holidays. These days are not included in estimated delivery times.

Unforeseen Circumstances: Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances, such as weather delays, transportation issues, or logistical problems, can affect delivery times.

Estimated Delivery Times

During the checkout process, you'll be provided with estimated delivery times for each available shipping method. These estimates are based on the factors mentioned above and are provided by the shipping carrier. Please note that these are only estimated arrival times (ETA) and may change due to unforeseen delays.

If Your Shipment Is Delayed

If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please follow these steps:

1. Check the Tracking Information: Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to track your package on the carrier's website. This will give you the latest updates on your shipment's location and status.
2. Check for Updates: If the tracking information shows that your parcel hasn't moved within 3 days, please contact our Customer Support. We'll do our best to investigate the situation and provide you with an update.
