At RRR.LT, service fees cover the costs associated with processing and handling your order. These fees are separate from delivery costs and are not always refundable when you return an item. Here's a breakdown of when you can expect a service fee refund:
When Service Fees ARE Refunded
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: If you paid using Cash on Delivery and refused the order or didn't pick it up, the service fee will be refunded.
- Item Lost in Transit to Customer: If an item you purchased is lost while being shipped to you, the service fee will be refunded.
- All Items Damaged/Lost in Transit to Customer: If all the items in your order were damaged or lost in transit to you, the service fee will be refunded.
When Service Fees ARE NOT Refunded
- Non-COD Orders Not Picked Up: If you didn't pay with COD and didn't pick up the item from the pick-up point, the service fee is non-refundable.
- Partial Order Returns: If you return only some of the items you ordered, the service fee is non-refundable.
- Items Damaged/Lost on Return to Seller: If an item is damaged or lost while being returned to the seller, the service fee is non-refundable.
