Why is my order marked as delivered, even though it was not?

 

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please take the following steps:

1. Check your surroundings: Look around your property, check with neighbors, building management, or any designated delivery locations.

2. Track your order:

Unregistered users: If you placed your order as a guest, the tracking link was included in your shipping confirmation email. Use this link to check the delivery status.

Registered users: If you have an account with us, you can track your order either through the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or by logging into your account on our website, clicking on 'Orders', and then clicking on 'Track Order' for the relevant order.

3. Contact the carrier: Once you have your tracking information, contact the shipping carrier directly to inquire about the delivery details.

4. Contact our Customer Support: If, after checking with the carrier, you still cannot locate your package, please contact our Customer Support with your order number for further assistance.
