Is the Delivery Fee Refunded Once I Return the Item?

We understand that you might have questions about delivery fee refunds when returning an item. Here's a breakdown of our policy:

When Delivery Fees Are Refunded

  • Full Order Returns: If you return all the items you ordered from the same seller, the original delivery fee for those items will be refunded. This is because the entire order is being returned, and the initial delivery service is no longer necessary.

Example: You order a car battery and a set of wiper blades from Seller A. If you return both items, the delivery fee you paid to receive them will be refunded.

When Delivery Fees Are Not Refunded

  • Partial Order Returns: If you order multiple items from the same seller but only return some of them, the original delivery fee will not be refunded. This is because the delivery service was still provided for the items you kept.

Example: You order an air filter and a fuel filter from Seller B. If you return only the air filter but keep the fuel filter, the delivery fee will not be refunded.

Important Considerations

  • Multiple Sellers: If your order includes items from multiple sellers, the delivery fee refund policy applies separately to each seller's items.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Please note that returns are covered by us if you follow the return instructions provided. This includes using our designated shipping method and meeting the specified deadlines. If you choose to return the item using a different method or if the return is outside of our policy, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds for delivery fees are typically processed along with your refund for the returned item(s). Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
