Canceling Your Order

 

Whether you can cancel your order depends on its processing status. If your order hasn't been processed and shipped yet, you may be able to make changes.

How to Cancel Your Order

The cancellation process depends on whether you have an account with RRR.LT.

If You Have an Account

To cancel your order, please follow these simple steps:

1. Go to "My Orders" in your account.
2. Select the order you wish to cancel.
3. If the seller hasn’t packed your order yet, you'll see a "Cancel Order" button. Click on it.


4. Select the reason for cancellation. 

5. Click on "Cancel Items" to proceed.

Once you've canceled your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. The refund can take up to 10 days to reach your account.

If You Don't Have an Account

To cancel an order, please follow these steps:

1. Go to your e-mail inbox and find the order confirmation e-mail.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the order confirmation e-mail. Click on Cancel Order.

 

3. If the seller hasn’t packed your order yet, the order will be cancelled and you will receive an e-mail, confirming it.

Please note that the refund can take up to 10 days to reach your account.

What If My Order Has Already Shipped?

If your order has already been processed and shipped, it is typically not possible to cancel it. In this case, we suggest that you refuse the package upon its delivery. The package will then be returned to the sender and the refund will be sent to you as soon as the package reaches the seller. Once you refuse the delivery of the package, please inform us so that we can take further action.

Important Note: The ability to cancel an order is not guaranteed and depends on the processing status of the order. Contacting customer support as soon as possible increases the chances of a successful cancellation.
