FREE Return Process
- Let us know: Go to our website and fill out the return form.
- We'll send a courier: Once you fill out the form, we'll arrange for a courier to pick up your return.
- Get it ready: Pack the item safely to prevent damage and have it ready for the courier. They'll swing by to pick it up.
- Don't delay! Make sure you hand over your return to the courier within those 5 days. If you wait longer, your warranty might not be valid anymore.
Important Notes
- The courier will bring the item back to our warehouse, so you don't have to worry about shipping it yourself.
- If you want to return the item yourself instead of waiting for the courier, you can do that too, please use the return label to send the return through a pick-up point.
Refunds
- Refunds will cover the order value (item cost + shipping costs with exceptions). Service fees are generally non-refundable, but exceptions may apply.
