How can I add or update my company details in my user account?
Follow these steps to add or edit your company details in your user account so they appear on your invoices.
Applies to: business customers on RRR.LT
Before you start
Have the following ready:
- Legal company name
- Registered company address
- Company code (registration number)
- Company VAT code (if applicable; include your country prefix, e.g., LT123456789)
- Business type
- Delivery contact details (name, surname, phone)
Note: Your Delivery address and Customer details (for invoice) can be different. Delivery info is for the courier; company details are printed on your invoice.
Add company details (create a new address)

Log in to your RRR.LT account.

Go to My Account → Addresses.

Click Create a new address.

In Delivery address, fill out: Country, Name, Surname, Address, City, Postal code, Phone.

Scroll to Customer details (for invoice) and select Company (instead of Private customer).

Complete the fields exactly as registered:
- Company name*
- Company address* (registered billing address)
- Company code* (registration number)
- Company VAT code (leave blank if you’re not VAT‑registered)

What is your business type?* (choose from the list)
- Click Create a new address to save.
Result: This address now contains your company details. When you use this address at checkout, these details will appear on your invoice.
Update company details (edit an existing address) in your account

Go to My Account → Addresses.

Find the address you want to update and click Edit.

Under Customer details (for invoice), make sure “Company” is selected.

Update the necessary fields (name, address, code, VAT code, business type).
- Click Save to apply changes.
Heads‑up: Changes apply to new invoices going forward. Invoices already issued will not update automatically.
Tips & common issues
- VAT code format: Include your country prefix (e.g., LT, LV, EE). Remove spaces or dashes if the field rejects the value.
- Required fields: Look for asterisks (*). The save button stays disabled until all required fields are filled.
- Different delivery vs. invoice info: It’s OK if your delivery address differs from your company (invoice) address—fill both sections accordingly.
- Multiple companies: You can create separate address entries for each company and choose the appropriate one during checkout.
- Didn’t see the Company option? Make sure you’re on My Account → Addresses, not Profile. Refresh the page and try again.
Where these details are used
- Invoices & order documents: Pulled from Customer details (for invoice) of the address you use at checkout.
Courier label & delivery updates: Pulled from the Delivery address section.
