For registered users

Please note that you can find and download your VAT invoices directly in the My account < Invoices. For more information, please see the picture below:

To download the invoice, mark the invoice you need and select download as shown in the picture:

You can also see and download your invoices in the Orders window, as shown in the picture below:

For non-registered users

The invoice is available in the order confirmation email sent after purchase.

The email also contains links to view order information and download the invoice. If the email cannot be found, please check the spam or junk folder as well.
