FREE Return Process

- We will arrange a courier: Once you fill out the form, we'll arrange for a courier to collect your return.
- Prepare the package: Securely pack the item to prevent damage and have it ready for the courier collection.
- Don't delay! Make sure to hand over your return to the courier within 5 business days. If you wait longer, the free return option may no longer apply. If the courier does not collect the return shipment within 5 business days of submitting your return request, please contact our customer support team.
Important Notes
- The courier will bring the item back to our warehouse, so you don't have to worry about shipping it yourself.
- If you want to return the item yourself instead of waiting for the courier, you can do that too. Please use the return label to send the return through a pick-up point.
Refunds
- Refunds will cover the order value (item cost + shipping costs, with exceptions). Service fees are generally non-refundable, but exceptions may apply.
