You can request a return within 14 days. Please follow the steps below carefully to ensure your return is processed smoothly and you receive your refund as quickly as possible.

Step 1: Take clear photos

Before starting your return, take photos of:

• The item you received
• Any defects or damage (if applicable)
• The inside and outside of the original packaging in which the item arrived
• The packaging you will use to return the item

These photos may be required for verification.

Step 2: Fill out the Return Form

1. Open the Return Form.
2. Complete the form with the required details.
3. Once submitted, you will receive detailed return instructions by email.

Important: To enjoy free returns, please use the shipping method provided in our instructions. We cannot reimburse shipping costs for returns made outside of this process.

Step 3: Courier collection

After submitting the Return Form, a courier will be scheduled to collect your parcel.

• If the courier does not arrive within 2 business days, please inform us immediately so we can follow up.
• If the parcel was collected, you will need to wait for it to return to the seller.

Step 4: Refund process

1. The seller must first receive the returned item.
2. The seller will check that it meets the return conditions.
3. Once confirmed, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
4. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

Note: We cannot issue a refund until the seller confirms the goods have been received and are in acceptable condition.
