At RRR.LT, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind about a purchase. We want to be transparent about our return policy for used parts.

Can I Return a Used Part If I Change My Mind?

Generally, yes, you can return a used part within 14 days of receiving it if you've simply changed your mind, provided the following conditions are met:

• Original Condition: The used part must be returned in the same condition it was in when you received it. It cannot be damaged, altered, or used beyond what was necessary for initial inspection.
• Fill out the Return Form within 14 days after receiving your order.

Exceptions

There may be certain exceptions to this policy, such as:

Special Order Items: Used parts that were specially cut to be delivered for you may not be returnable. In such cases we do inform you.

How to Initiate a Return

To proceed, please take clear photos of the following:

• The item you received
• The defects or damage
• The original packaging in which the item arrived
• The packaging you will use to return the item

Next, kindly fill out the Return Form. Once you submit the form, we'll email you detailed return instructions. To enjoy free returns, please follow our provided shipping method. We cannot reimburse shipping costs for returns made outside of our process.

If the courier does not arrive to collect your package within the 2 business days after the return form is filled out, please inform us.

We will inform you once the package is returned to the seller.

Refund Process

Once the seller receives the returned used part and verifies that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

Unfortunately, we cannot give you a refund until the seller has received the parcel, as he needs to check the condition of the goods received.
